Teething sleepless nights

Has anyone else had terrible sleepless nights with teething? My daughter was completely sleeping through the night from about 9 weeks until about a month and a half ago. Now she cries or moans almost all night!!! Even when she’s “sleeping” she’s restless and making noise. I’ve been to the pediatrician about it and she just chalks it up to teething but it’s been about a month and a half and no teeth in sight 🤷🏼‍♀️ it worries me that this is out of character for her and might be something more serious? Has anyone else dealt with this bad of a sleep regression with teething and for this long?
