Comfortable shoes?

Hey, ladies. I'm looking for some comfortable walking shoes. My husband LOVES walking around the city. Well, even before I got pregnant I was a wimp. My feet need a lot of cushiony support and I just can't find the right pair of shoes. Any suggestions?

I bought some Skechers Memory Foam shoes and walked 6 miles in them the next day. Very happy!

Sketchers! I love love mine and use them everywhere I go... My feet are swollen and my husband took me to try my first pair of sketchers, and then I don't wear anything else now! I have two pairs, both are the no ties and easy to wear and take off. Check it out you might like the them~

I did a lot of research and trying on before going to Italy this summer and I ended up with a pair of sandals by Munro. So so comfy! Not the cutest shoes I've ever owned, but more stylish than a lot of the comfort shoes that are out there. I walked up to 10 miles a day and my feet never hurt!

Dansko xp hands down. I wouldn't trade my dansko xp shoes for my right arm.

Try nursemates, or alegria theyre those clogs you always see nurses wearing. Dansko is another brand of them, but they are so expensive! I live in WA and see TONs of people wearing hiking boots and shoes as walking shoes. I heard Merrell has good hiking shoes. I have their boots, and its all I could ever want out of a boot. Seriously. I didnt have to break em in. I wear wellco FOD free boots all day at work. They are comfy enough to run around work in, and theyre steel toe so if you need work boots look into wellco and its gucci cousin, bellville. They dont have that metal shank all the way around like bates boots do, so less blisters. Then theres always the running shoe companies that make walking shoes. I like saucony, and asics but thats because thats what I run in. The downside is the amount of cushion isnt that much so if you are not childsized they might not be enough in the saucony. The bigger guys at work swear by asics "cloud" line. So that may be more than enough cushion! Asics usually have the best arch supports, so if thats something you need, look into it. I think new balance has good reviews, but ever since boot camp I just cant even look at a pair of new balance shoes. Best best best bet is googling best nursing shoes and read the product recommendations on that.

Do you have a boscovs near you? They always have a shoe sale going on. I bought these for 20 bucks since my first trimester, and I'm 37 weeks now. They feel like they weigh nothing, light weight, and breathable. Sketchers has good cushions for impact too but I just didn't like the look of them. Good luck!

I love my Nike shoes. I am on my feet at work for twelve hour days sometimes five days a week. I have two pairs of Nike tennis shoes and even their flip flops. Both are so comfy. Nike all the way.
