Has anyone had something similar? Cancer? Swollen lymph nodes

Hi, I recently went the dr because the back of my throat had bumps which they believed to be cobblestone and had given me allergy medicine which made it look better. However the area circled has been like that for awhile. Does it look normal? They referred me to an ENT so I’m waiting to get it checked still just was wondering in the meantime if anyone’s seen anything like this before, it almost looks like a carved hole. Also I have swollen lymph node in my neck, under my chin, and behind my ear that won’t go away
