I’m trying to lose weight and I just can’t find the motivation, I have been diagnosed with depression so I’m always tired and feel warmed down, but I hate the way I look and I think it’s time for a change, so if you have any workout routines or tips to become/stay motivated that would be really helpful. I’m 5’4 and 180 pounds, I want to slim down to 120
