I am driving myself crazy...Advice? Loooong post, sorry!

Hi all!

I just went off Nexplanon in late August.

We decided to try for Baby #1, and although we didn’t sit down and say let’s start right now, we didn’t use any birth control. I’ve had two-maybe three? Periods since I went off BC.

Well on 10/25 I started my period, total normal symptoms leading up to it, bleed for 5 days, logged in on Glow.

On 11/04 I started spotting dark red blood, very light, for three days.

On 11/29 I took a pregnancy test and got a very very faint line.

On 12/05 I went in to my OB and they did a transvaginal ultrasound

I was thinking I should go off the 10/25 as the first day of my last period so in that case I’d be right around 6 weeks.

Transvaginal ultrasound found sac but nothing in it, tech said it was measuring early.

I had bloodwork done to test HCG levels and days apart. DR said to rule of ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage.

I’m now driving myself insane with worry, I am new to all of this and I cannot help but already feel attach to something that may not be happening.

Although DH is being incredibly supportive I don’t think he understand how much it worries me, and how much I’ve been obsessing on what if’s. I guess I’m looking to hear other stories, advice even encouragement! Should find out test results by Monday.
