Losing weight
So I’ve been struggling to lose 15 pounds I’m 5’1 and I’m at 137 right now I take spin classes and I have lost the weight before but couldn’t keep it off what’s the best way to change my lifestyle as far as eating? What do you buy that helps! How do you stay away from cravings. Where you shop for groceries! My issue is having something easy that I don’t have to cook because I can be too busy at times. I just want to live a healthy lifestyle and feel like myself at the weight I want to be at I know I don’t look terrible but I want to be healthier! Anything helps thank you
