Are roasted vegetables healthy?
I have gained almost 15lbs since September and I have a family event end of January. Trying to shed some if not all the weight I gained. I’m thinking of eating roasted vegetables mostly for dinner since I looooove those with chicken breast some days. And other days a salad. (Obviously will be eating more it’s just dinner that I tend to eat everything in sight 🤦🏻♀️ so gotta be careful about that) my question is .. will eating roasted veggies help me lose weight quickly?
