I want to be healthy this time around

With my first pregnancy I over ate I gained so much and t has caused such terrible self esteem issues and I couldn’t lose the weight. I’m currently 6 weeks and I want to be healthy this time and learn to keep being healthy after.

What are some good exercises and snacks!! Ive been having odd cravings for dark greens lately (broccoli, Brussels sprouts) winter is very hard for me to have snacks around since I don’t buy much fruit now

I am THE WORST eater. (Never eat or binge eat)
