Trigger warning: Eating disorder
I’m CRAVING sweet food right now but I mean like cookies not berries or even chocolate and I know we have cookies but I already hate myself for going 40 cals over my daily limit (probably more since my dinner was only a guess at what I ate calorie-wise)
I really want food even though I’m not hungry but I can’t eat it or I’ll hate myself more but I don’t want to break and end up bingeing later what the fuck do I do
