Pregnancy tests and heavy bleeding

So on December 17th i went to the ER because i started experiencing period like cramps and light pink spotting. I was 6+6weeks that day... They did blood work, urine test and an ultrasound. Well my hCG levels came back at only 592, so they were pretty low for the amount of weeks i was. So the dr said i was having a threatened miscarriage. So on the 18th i started bleeding a little more and i decided to take a test and it came back lighter than the one i had tooken 3 days before, so I assumed I was miscarrying already. I havent fully soaked even a pad, just barely a panti liner. So today i took one more test and its darker than yesterday. Im so confused. I have an appointment tomorrow with my obgyn to confirm if i had one. These are the pics of my test starting from the 16th, 18th and today.

Does this mean my body still think im pregnant? Im so lost and confused as this is my first time.
