Trouble with moisture during sex

Me and my fiancé have been having sex for years but we always have trouble getting started. Its like my vagina is never wet enough and if we use lube then it’s too much and I’m sticky for what seems like forever. Now I an wet and once we get going then it’s no problem it’s just the issue of getting the moisture to the outside so we don’t spend 5-10 minutes just trying to get him inside. Any and all tips will be useful as long as they aren’t lube or oral that helps only to a degree.
