Hey guys, Im really interest in keto. I want to lose the weight that seemed to spring up over night. Not to sound dumb but I am so confused and dont get it.
My problem is I LOVE grains so thats a no no and I hate making my own plans. But what im good at is I always keep salad in my fridge because it makes a healthy snack or addition to a meal and chicken
Please ladies help me. Do any of you have or had a keto plan that helped and could share with me? Like in great detail. No hate please 😀
