How do you add more fat?!
I’ve been attempting the Keto diet for three days so far. No side effects so far. I’m at 60% fat 35% protein and 5% carbs. What are some “high fat, moderate protein” meals that will help me increase my fat intake? For breakfast I each eggs or have a Keto shake. Lunch - ham and cheese roll ups. Dinner - broccoli/cauliflower with salmon or chicken.
What can I do to increase fat? Any suggestions?
