How long you’ve been ttc?

I have been off birth control since my son was 2, now he’s 11. We really started trying when I turned 30 and now I’m 35. Finally seen a fertility dr I have one blocked tube. We did our first iui but it was a failed. So bummed... we probably going to do one more iui medicated and if that doesn’t work ivf. I’m from California what do you pay for ivf without insurance? It sucks my son is always asking for a sibling and I do want a bigger family because I had a lot of siblings myself. 9 of us, you don’t need friends when you have siblings lol
