Weight loss progress
Hi! I’ve been trying to workout and eat better. I have lost 10 pounds in 21 days. I started at 180 and today I weighed in at 170 and I’m so proud of myself. I don’t think I see it yet in pictures but I do feel it. I feel so much better and I hope to continue my journey into the New Year. I just wanted to share my progress.
