She drives me nuts *Edited*

My sister drives me up the walls. She invited herself over to spend the night for Christmas eve, and she took over the tv to put in a movie. Now she’s scrolling through the movies on demand and has to make a comment about at least one movie in every row. She’s been here for less than half an hour and I already wish she would leave. I love her, but I can only stand her in small doses at a time and I already spent a large amount of time with her yesterday. She has a bad habit of inviting herself over for things and not bothering to even ask if it’s okay, then lies about someone inviting her. She’s three years older than me, but somehow her maturity level is low and attachment to our mother is similar to that of a toddler.

For those of you calling me a “shit sister”: I never said I hated her or anything. I don’t mind spending time with her, I just prefer that she asks first before inviting herself over without permission. I also want to mention that I am eight months pregnant and sometimes I am too tired to deal with anyone. It isn’t always about her specifically, just the way she handles things.
