I masturbate and I can orgasm but I can never get to that real big climax with my boyfriend. It feels really good when he eats me out but just having sex I build up and get really tense like you do before orgasm but I never get the release. Please help.

It is very likely because you rub your clitoris to orgasm during masturbation, but he does not give enough attention to your clitoris during sex. You have to make sure your clitoris gets rubbed.
