First unmedicated IUI tomorrow, advice please?

Hi ladies I am getting my first unmedicated IUI tomorrow.. hubby has to go bring his swimmers in first thing then I go in. can anyone share with me from their personal experience what to expect or any advice? Also was yours successful? Thank you so much, I am quite anxious .

Good luck!! Ours was similar- hubs had a 7am appt for his swimmers, then we went to get breakfast until the 8:30 IUI. Once I was there, I confirmed that they had the right vial (I kept telling my hubs to make sure they labeled it in front of him!!). They’ll tell you the sperm count post wash. Then into the stirrups like usual. Once the speculum was in (worst part for me), they thread a tiny catheter thru the cervix and deliver the swimmers. It felt like a Pap for me, wasn’t bad at all. Then I stayed laying down for like 10 mins. I had some cramping afterwards but went to work (no choice). 
Mine was 12/21 so I’m still waiting!!
