Spotting

I am 5 weeks 1 day with my second pregnancy. I had implantation bleeding a week and a half ago and tested two days later to find out we are expecting. Starting yesterday and moving on to today I have had brown spotting almost every time I wipe. Everywhere I read says it is normal. No cramping just a lot of light brown spotting. Has anyone else had this and ended up okay? My appointment with my OB isn’t until January 7th. I didn’t have this with my daughter so I am just a little nervous.
