Bleeding I know it's a heavy topic on here.

So last night about 10pm I started bleeding and currently still bleeding. No cramps and only used one small pad but when I used the bathroom the toilet turns pink from my bleeding. Nervous to bleeding so long. Is that normal or is only spotting. I've miscarried before and had thr cramping and thicker blood this is definitely thinner and not clumpy. I just want this pregnancy to work. I'm waiting on a call back from the dr. office currently. Has anyone else bleed for a longer time period and still had a healthy outcome. I also to a pregnancy test too. Which is still positive. And current chest is still tender.
