Get him to propose

May sound creepy but I’ve been with my boyfriend over a year and he’s been divorced and screwed over so he’s completely opposed to marriage thinking he’s the black sheep of the family. How can I convince him into not waiting 30 years to ask me?! He has told me he has never loved anyone as much as me. If only I would have beat that ex to the punch 😆. Not trying to make it tomorrow just don’t want to wait many years. We both want kids and I don’t want to have kids at 30! I’m 26 now
