Does Semen Change your cycle?

My period is 2 days late. Negative test this morning with my 2nd pee of the day.

My husband cam in me twice this cycle after my ovulation time. We are not TTC and sometimes we do this after Ive ovulated because...its nice obviously.

Otherwise the pull out method has worked for us successfully for 5.5 years.

Im curious if other moms who do this experience it messing up your cycle? I cant tell because even when we dont do it, sometimes my period is off a day or two.

Its super annoying. Im a grown mother of two so dont lecture me 😁 I use to temp but not anymore.
