Late period. Positive and negative test. Tmi photos!!

My periods r never ever ever late they where three almost four weeks late i got one positive pg test and a negative. I have the copper iud but i havent been able to find the strings in like two weeks and yesterday i started getting strong back pain and cramping in my lower stomach this morning after work i had bad asco and all I thought cause i hadnt ate then at pick up i started bleeding all crazy (down there lol) i put a pad and it was like soaked.i saw a maybe like hand palm size like a blood blob or whatever then now when i went to rrm i wiped and it was like chunks of meat looking stuff with blood like tiny. I have never ever ever gone thru something like this ive had the bc for almost 2 years now. What do yu think? Please any advice. Pictures from two separate times.
