First vivid dream

I know they say when you get pregnant you start to have very vivid dreams. To the point you can say exactly what happened in them. Now for the first time at 7 weeks and 2 days I can say I finally had a dream that for one freaked me out, but for two I can remember and tell someone from start to finish. For short, basically a coworker at my job that I did training with was wanting to be around me a lot now that I was further in my pregnancy. So I ended up riding in her car with her and we were otw back to work (idk why everyone would leave work and come back later lol). And for some reason she started driving crazy. I mean we’re on main roads and she’s swerving the car and spinning in circles WHILE LAUGHING!!!! Y’all then she decides to swerve extremely hard onto the side of the road into what looked like it used to be a river, instead it was just huge rocks left. And drove us into it. And I could just hear someone’s voice telling me get up and get out, and hurry up at that. So I’m rushing out of the rocks and I somehow end up back at work getting checked by paramedics. She’s pressing on my back to see if I’ll react and on my left side I kept jumping. And she said “oh let me get you help right away” idk if the injury was bad or what, I wasn’t paying much attention because I can hear in the background that same voice that told me to get out of there coming from a lady I just met at work, she was talking to someone beside her. YALL I JUST MET HER IN LIKE REAL LIFE TODAY. So I hear her saying “that girl wanted to kill her baby, out of jealousy and she’s knows it. the other girl lost hers a while back and was trying to do the same to her. and it’s all about to click” and IT CLICKED! So I turn around and see her staring at me. And guys as soon as I made contact with her I went to go attack the girl from the accident. It was like a different kind of anger just lit inside me. But I was held down.. and I forced myself to wake up because at that point my dream became too much for me. Everything before this was already too much. 🤦🏽‍♀️
