Shoulder pain??
I’m the middle of a miscarriage right now, twins, about 12-13 weeks , cramps have started and I’ve had shoulder pain, I keep reading shoulder pain means ectopic pregnancy but that’s impossible, I’ve had 3 ultrasounds , shoulder pain normal? Also there is no blood yet just cramps lower back pain and shoulder pain
