5 weeks almost 6 with spotting

Went to the ER on Thursday due to purplish/brown blood coming down, but only when I wipe. Got an ultrasound done and GS was measuring 5 weeks 3 days with no fetal pole or yolk. Eventually the bleeding stopped that day but now It’s Tuesday and I’ve been having the same spotting only now it’s a bit more consistent and I won’t see my midwife till Monday. Is this something that has happened to anyone? I feel like this could be an impending miscarriage and I’m terrified to death. This would be my second one In a row.
