Curanderas, has anyone tried it?
A different kind of doula with ancestral traditions in holistic practices. Before I found out I was pregnant with baby #2 (12 years later) I sought out some amazing healing practices, similar to the celebratory practices of new mothers in Morocco that predated the Spanish colonial period. I fell in love, especially that there are still women that continue this practice. Anyone tried it? Worth it? How did it benefit your pregnancy or post pregnancy?
