BH contractions 24 weeks

So can ya’ll explain your BH to me.. I typed in mine what was going on they said it’s BH they don’t hurt.. okay so mine are always on the right side, my baby balls up what it looks like.. it gets really hard when I touch it.. it’s a lot of pressure pushing out. I don’t feel her move into this position but when she moves it goes away. It doesn’t hurt it just feels super tight and a bunch of pressure kinda weird to move and breath with it happening.. is this BH? Can you explain your experience!?
