hemorrhagic cyst

I just left the ER and was told I had a hemorrhagic cyst rupture. It was soo incredibly painful. I was actually hopeful this cycle since I had spotting @6dpo thought it was implantation bleeding. I’ve never had mid cycle spotting ever so that was my first clue something was up. I had pain accompanied with the bleeding.

Today I’m 7dpo I woke up throwing up and being in the worst pain ever. I rushed to the Er worried something was wrong.

They did some ultrasounds/ a vaginal one too.

Since this happened what are my chances if the sperm met the egg it can implant?

Should I consider myself out this cycle?
