I didnt know I was pregnant if I was.. but i was having symptoms and was going to test In the next couple days..

Based on the first and second picture it looks like it might possibly be. I googled week by week baby development and the second picture looks similar to very early weeks. If you want to know for certain you should call your Dr, but if not then that's okay too.

Is the second picture a sac with something inside or is it a clot? If it is a miscarriage it would probably be 6ish weeks or more if that is a sac. Was the bleeding heavy? 
If it was it is possible to have a positive pregnancy test if you were to test right now.
