Anyone have this formula problem?

I’ve tried three different formulas. He love every one including this one. Except this one stinks. Formula in general dosnt smell good but this smells rotten. A freshly open can smells off the expectation date is 2020. The made bottle smells awful. I got a new bottle because I thought the bottle was the cause of the smell... nope it’s the formula! This is the formula Wic provides. I can’t get another kind. I’m just wondering if anyone has this problem. It’s not spoiled. I think it’s just the way the formula is 🤷‍♀️
