Any advice?

So I tested positive four days in a row starting Dec 18th. (3 at home and 1 at the health department for insurance purposes.) I’ve had symptoms fatigue, nausea at night (no vomit), cravings, headaches and the crazy pregnancy dreams. I go to the OB Wednesday because that’s when my appointment was, assuming I was 9 weeks. Get to the US & there’s no baby (did a vaginal and belly) my endometrium was thickened meaning the baby is there and tiny or is about to drop...I do a urine sample at 9am the girl didn’t test it until 1030, said it was negative. I get a blood test done and suppose to have my results in 24 hours, waited two days the nurse called and said my HCG levels were a 2 which is considered negative...now I’m waiting for this doctor to call who they said would (never did.) yesterday, I had a little bleeding and today but nothing major. I’m so lost, do I write it off as a miscarriage? Am I pregnant and early? I’m so lost, broken hearted and confused.
