Light pink discharge?!

So this past week has been pretty stressful.

I’m a newborn photographer for the hospital, I run a catering business, and my old dog passed away a couple days ago.

I worked 2 days at the hospital, then I had two large catering events one on Wednesday and one on Thursday. So I did lots of moving and lifting things I probably shouldn’t have and this whole week my stomach has been killing me. I’ve had a lot of round ligament pains and Braxton Hicks, so I took it easy yesterday. But I’m still a mom of a 3 and 4 year old so my day never stops and last night I went to the restroom and when I wiped there was some pink discharge. And I’m still having some this morning. It’s only when I wipe. I called my midwife and she said we can do an ultrasound Monday but it could just be normal from my uterus growing and me stressing my body out. She said if I experience any contractions or if the blood charges I should come see her but it still worries me. What are your thoughts on this situation?
