Want to change for the better
Hello . I’m trying to lose about 10-20 pounds off me. I live with my parents and my house doesn’t really eat healthy and I’m not even allowed to use the stove. I want to change my eating habits though.
I’ve cut out most fried foods which means i don’t even eat at my house often. My parents don’t really cook bc if busy schedules that leads to me eating out or nothing at all but some chips (we don’t keep food in house)
My problem i guess is i love bread and things that happen to be salty. I eat tater tots a lot man. That’s pretty much my downfall. I don’t really sweets like cake and cupcakes or sugar ... it’s literally just bread. Like pizza .. chicken patty sandwiches and the occasional grilled or ovened burger.
I think I’m around 150 and want to be 135 before the year end. But everytime i try to explain this people be like “you don’t need to lose weight, you’re perfect” like i see myself in the mirror , this ain’t it .
