It took me months to read her book, the fact people can't leave the family be or have any respect for them and use their tragedy to make movies and profit from it is disgusting. His killers will never be known they continuously will receive new identities for them and their families until their deaths, the fact both have never remained out of prison says so much. 
It's disgusting this film has been made against the families wishes and that their pleas to have it removed are ignored.

Growing up in the UK this was and still is a huge story, mainly because of the horrific crime commited, the new identities and repeat offenses but also due to the fact that there have been many men wrongly named as the two monsters and who have had their lives ruined and ultimately committed suicide because of the harassment.

Unpopular opinion: I think it's horrible and sad that this woman lost her child and I also believe in creative freedoms. Human nature is to inquire about crimes and I agree that people want to understand why criminals do what they do, and this is an outlet for people to try and piece it together. I don't think it should be pulled, I do however think the creator is an asshole for not consulting with the family first and being sensitive in the creation of the film.

I’m amazed they didn’t have to get the family’s rights to the story before making the movie. I feel for this poor mother and have no interest in watching a movie about a child being brutally murdered.

Didn’t realise a short movie was based on this case. But that’s disgusting. 
What that little baby boy went through is awful, and his family have never been able to forget it. 
This film never should have been made without the family’s consent. No one should try profit off of their tragic loss.

I can't imagine how helpless that mother feels. They obviously don't care about her mental health. I can't imagine being in her shoes.
