Hi everyone, I was wondering what your plans were after you deliver. Are you telling you parents as you go into labor? My husband and I kind of want it to just be us for a little bit after I deliver and I’m afraid if we text them all when I go into labor then they will all be there and want to see the baby right away and we won’t get our moments or we will feel rushed.

I was thinking about texting or calling everyone once she is born and we’ve already had our skin to skin and first moments just my husband, our baby and I. (Our whole family only lives 10-15 mins away so it wouldn’t be like they have to travel far).

What are your plans? I’d like to hear options thanks!
