Over 50 lbs lost...
And now expecting. It’s early and I already find I’m starving and having trouble keeping my blood sugar stable (it drops between meals, no diabetes). I’m terrified I’m going to gain everything back with the constant need to eat!
What do you snack on to stay healthy but fill your snacking needs? I normally eat two meals a day and nothing in between. I can’t manage that right now 😩
