Pregnant

I had an abortion December 17th and yesterday I started feeling some of the same symptoms I had when I found out I was pregnant. I kept getting chills and going from hot to cold and my stomach was hurting and had some nausea. There could be a chance I’m pregnant again from only using the pull out method or maybe I’m just fighting off the stomach bug that’s going around. I’m stressing and don’t know if I should test since it’s only been 6 weeks since my abortion idk if it will be accurate??
