Broken laptop

Really wish my stupid box got here already, so I can ship my broken laptop out to get fixed. We “ordered” one at the beginning of the month from support since I still have insurance on it, and they told us it would take 1-2 weeks for it to get here. 3 weeks later, no box. Ordered ANOTHER ONE last week and it’s still not here. My insurance runs out in June. They better not be doing what I think they’re doing. I cant afford a new laptop.
