What can I do ?

So ... I've been with my boyfriend for a year & 7 months . We live together but we live with his mom . Sometimes it gets so hard for me because it's like I can't even talk to him about getting our own place together cause basically his a mamas boy so he knows his mom got gis back and it gets hard for me because I want him to experience a life without his moms help . I swear I go all out for him but it looks like he wouldnt do the same for me . He's turning 21 this year in August and I'm turning 24 the same month . I love this guy with all my hear honestly but I just dont know like shoulf I stay or should I go ? Every time he goes to his cousins house and get drink and ended up spending a night, I always get this wierd feeling like is he doing something wrong ? Idk y'all I'm scared cause I left my sister's house just to stay with him even when my sister didnt approve cause hes too young . Idk what to do no more .
