Have a wedding to go to 2 months PP.....worrying me.
Hi all :)
So I'm 30 weeks pregnant, a back to back pregnancy. I'm 5ft 2in and started this pregnancy at 58kg (127lbs)
I was sick the whole first trimester, and since then I've been watching what i eat calorie wise and eating 1500cal-1700cal per day. I currently weigh 60.6kg (133lbs) I also walk for 80mins per day about 5 days a week,but I've now started getting sore hips wgich isn't helping!
Anywayyyyy, i have a wedding to go to in June and I'll be 2 months PP then. I'm so worried I'm going to feel disgusting! It will ruin the whole thing for me as i really have no confidence. I never wear dresses as i have small breasts and bigger hips so the sizing is always awkward for me.
But the other problem is that although I'm not 'fat' I'm not toned. I think the most toned part of my body would be my hands 😂😂😂
Are there exercises that i can do between now and June so that i can tone my body up so that if i do wear i dress i can feel good? Even though my stomach will of course be flabby by then too...but i could hide that.
It will be summer here (UK) so i just wanna feel good for once! Please help!
And if you think there is no hope for me then please send dress links for dresses that look good on flabby people.
