So I used to work out daily but lately I’ve fallen off due to lack of time being back to work and having two kids lol

So I am 4 weeks along now and really want to stay healthy and active this go around! (Last time I was sick from 5 weeks-16 weeks) l.

What are some exercise you all did during your pregnancy? Did you do smart things lower weight?
