Think I might be pregnant. ..

ok so this month feels different..I really feel like I might be pregnant. AF is due on Friday, September 4. I been sick over the last week, for couple days I couldn't hold down anything I was so nauseated and sick. I down feel as sick now, just a head cold, yet my bbt this morning was 100.4! Its been in high 99's since ovulation. I don't feel hot or like I have a fever. I'm wondering if that could be an early sign? any ideas? I have a few very noticeable symptoms as well which further lead me to believe I may be. I have really sensitive and sore breasts...like tender to the touch and tingling which is very unusual. I'm having more frequent urination. .I usually may get up once s night, if that. Now, I'm up every couple hours and it's totally disrupting my sleep. I been having mood swings. This morning I've been noticing just a slight cramping also but not enough to hurt really. Seems like I have a lot more pointing towards pregnancy than not. I'm going to buy a test today. I probably should wait till Friday or Saturday to take it though don't you think? Any opinions or advice please?
