Question about miscarriage

I am currently going through a miscarriage, I was 7w 5d when we found out, Our baby (that we named Phoenix) stopped growing at 5w 6d. My doctor gave me cytotec, I took it Thursday Evening around 5:30, I'm pretty sure I passed the sac 3-4 hours later. I've been passing small clots since then, but today I started to get really bad cramps out of the blue and passed a golf ball sized clot or tissue, I'm not sure. This was my second pregnancy, but first miscarriage, so I just don't know what is "normal". My doctors office is closed, so I don't want to bug the on call doctor if this is considered "normal".
