HSG test results

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year and my gynecologist referred me to get a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) test. So, I has it this morning and saw that my left tube is blocked. I found out a couple weeks ago that I have cycts on both ovaries measuring 4cm and the good news is that the fibroid shrunk. I can honestly say that I don't know what to feel right now - just so numb right now. I haven't had a chance to tell my husband the results and have to wait for the lab to send the results to my doctor. Failure doesn't even begin to describe how I see myself right now, I just don't know what to do and just needed a space to "vent" without being judged.
