After a 20 hr labor & 3 hrs of pushing I got an episiotomy, but I also tore naturally. I ended up getting stitched for well over an hour. 3rd degree tear. Ouch! Second delivery I only tore naturally, no episiotomy, 2nd degree tear. Hoping this third & last baby is nice to me 😆

They cut be before I did thank god, but he was very stuck 😔

I had an episiotomy. Pushed for about an hour, could not for the life of me get my sons head out. Once they cut me he was completely out in 4 pushes, an episiotomy just feels like a burning sensation.
