Hi hun. I know what u mean - I’m dealing with some depression after a miscarriage and I really feel like 1. Nobody understands and 2. Anyone that does listen is like, move on already. My husband isn’t the best with emotional stuff. Just reach out to whoever you need to and know that it’s your hormones for sure but don’t belittle yourself at all. It’ll pass and you’ll be ok :)

I’m sorry you feel that way...having no one to really talk to is hard. When I first started to feel depressed, it made it worse for me. It added more stress and anxiety and so I opened up to my boyfriend about it. Sometimes you think no one is listening, but you’ll be surprised who’s been there for you all along.
