Deployment

How do you guys deal with deployment? This is our first, I’m only 2 months in and I feel like it’s slowly breaking me. It’s so difficult, I struggle a lot with how to maintain busy, really all I do is go to work then go sit at home. We’re stationed in Hawaii and I feel like I could be out doing so many things but I can’t myself to go out and do things independently. I haven’t really made any friends here either, all of the other spouses are much older than me and most of them have children.
