Deployment and anxiety

Has anyone got anxiety AFTER deployment has ended??? My husband got back from deployment a couple months ago and I’ve recently been experiencing extreme anxiety symptoms. I have no idea what is causing it. The deployment never even crossed my mind until my husband asked if it could be deployment related. Now that I think about it, I do start crying every time we talk about it..🤔

I was just wondering if it was a thing. I expect the person that lived in a combat zone to have anxiety - not his spouse! Lol I literally have no idea where it’s coming from. 🙃
