Hormone levels wacked out

I had a tubal reversal on 10/30/18. I’m 41 and have cycles that are 29-31days. Chemical pregnancy last month on 1/22. Got a positive that just didn’t want to get darker and a period that was a week late . I had my primary care do some blood work last week and my fsh levels were 57! My estradiol was 6.4 :-(. They said it’s post menopause levels. How did this happen so quick we were just getting going on ttc. My hormones were good two months before a surgery. They recommended black cohosh, I start taking it and bam wicked ovulation pains and abundance of egg white cm 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Seriously what is going on
